Chicken Caprese   saut ed all natural chicken served on a bed of crushed Italian tomato sauce\, topped with fresh basil leaves\, melted fresh Buffalo Mozzarella cheese\, sliced heirloom tomato and finished with a balsamic reduction and served with farfalle pasta and garlic buttered zucchini\n\n2.) Spinach Salad with Salmon - crumbled Applewood bacon\, shaved red onion\, sliced mushrooms and baby tomato topped with pan-seared cold water salmon and served with a lemon vinaigrette dressing\n\n3.) Squash Stuffed Ravioli - saut ed with a blend of wild mushrooms\, yellow bell pepper\, and oven roasted tomatoes
