With a career spanning over three decades\, he has guided organizations through transformative changes in strategy\, technology\, and operations - always with a focus on people first.  His experience includes roles such as Chief Information Officer at Cuyahoga Community College and leadership positions at Accenture\, Brulant\, and PerceptIS. Joe's passion lies in helping businesses grow by articulating their unique value propositions and empowering teams to confidently convey their stories to clients and stakeholders. \n\n \n\nJoe is a lifelong Clevelander and strong advocate for our region\, and beyond his professional endeavors he is deeply committed to the community.
