DESCRIPTION:Join us for the July Chamber Virtual Luncheon [rescheduled from March 19\, 2020]\, sponsored by Aligned Health Center.\n\n\n\nThis is a special one for THREE reason:\n\n\n\n1.) It's our first VIRTUAL Chamber Luncheon! In an effort to stay safe and maintain social distancing\, this event will be hosted on ZOOM. Upon registering for the event\, you will be emailed a confirmation that includes the link to the event. \n\n\n\nThe event will start with an opportunity to network with 7 other Chamber members\, as we divide the group into smaller breakout rooms - just like if you sat at a table at an in-person luncheon. You will still have an opportunity to connect and network!\n\n\n\n2.) This luncheon is on a Wednesday\, rather than our traditional Thursday - join us on Wed.\, July 29th!\n\n\n\n3.) Our guest speaker! We are thrilled to welcome David Gilbert\, President & CEO of Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and Destination Cleveland. We look forward to welcoming Gilbert as he presents "Events\, Tourism & Conventions in Cleveland: 2020 & Beyond."\n\n \n\nAbout "Events\, Tourism & Conventions in Cleveland: 2020 & Beyond:"\n\nGilbert will share how our tourism community is rebounding from the pandemic and how we will welcome back events and conventions to Northeastern Ohio. Some highlights coming our way include the 2021 NFL Draft\, the 2022 NBA All-Star Game\, and the 2024 NCAA Women's Final Four.\n\n \n\nAs primary advocates for our city\, Destination Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission recruit conventions\, tournaments and more to our area. These convention and event guests\, along with leisure tourists\, support our hotels\, restaurants\, retail stores\, and overall economy while in "The Land." Learn how they will impact your years ahead\, and how to get involved!
