All ages and ability levels are encouraged to get up and move it just 30 minutes a day\, 4 days per week. You choose what days\, times\, and activities work best for you. Walk\, cycle\, or try out that yoga class you've been wanting to check out. Anything goes during Move It March.\n\n \n\nPost your activities\, struggles\, and successes (sweaty selfies included)! Share this event with anyone you think would be interested\; the more the merrier. We are all stronger together.\n\n \n\nKeep track of your progress and feel free to utilize the provided calendar. Be as simple or as detailed as you would like.
