DESCRIPTION:The Rocky River Chamber of Commerce\, in a collaborative venture with Century Cycles\, are wheelie excited to introduce Tour de River!\n\nTour de River was created to bring cyclists together and celebrate our city!\n\nWe will host five Tour de River rides and each will feature a Rocky River park and Chamber member restaurant. \n\n\n\nThis ride features Elmwood Park to Tommy's Place and Tommy's Place!\n\n\n\nWe will start at the park at 6PM to meet a representative from the Parks and Recreation Foundation who will share information about the history of that particular park. Together\, the group will then ride to a Rocky River Chamber member restaurant using a mapped routed by the team at Century Cycles. All riders will receive 10% off discount on purchases that evening! Additionally\, riders are welcome to meet the group directly at the restaurant at approx. 6:30PM\, if they are not able to make it to the park.\n\n\n\nThank you to our presenting sponsor Straight from the Heart - Cleveland Clinic Fairview Lutheran\, & Avon Hospitals\,\n\n \n\nAdditional sponsors include: Battle & Polly\, Spooner Risk Controls\, T3 Performance.\n\nThe event is led by the Chamber's Public Service Committee\, with special thanks to Century Cycles and Rocky River Green Team.\n\nThere is no registration fee for this event\, but we ask that if you do plan on attending that you register simply so that we know how many riders to expect. \n\nPlease grab your bike [helmet and lights required!] and join us for a cool summer evening\, leisurely ride\, learning about and celebrating the great parks of Rocky River\, and spending some time at many of city's fine eating and drinking establishments.\n\n\n\nSignature Tour de River t-shirts will be available for participants to purchase at events. Funds raised from the rides will go towards new bike racks within our community.
