Join us for the October Chamber Luncheon, sponsored by Huffman Hunt & Klym.
Please join us on Thursday, October 27, 2022 with our guest speaker, Kelsey Loushin, presenting "Leading with Intention".
Have you ever asked yourself…. would I follow me?
Most people in leadership are unaware of how those they lead really view them. They walk through their day with a checklist of what must get done without building in meaningful encounters that can result in improved engagement and overall company improvement. Our leadership styles evolve through the culmination of experiences in our personal and professional lives. Leaders who intentionally lead are consciously aware of the needs of others and consistently work to better understand themselves to better understand and support others. We will discuss characteristics of intentional leaders and specific steps and methods we can implement to enhance our own leadership styles.
