We are back!!! Welcome to the February Luncheon Presented by Lash Lounge, hosted at Westwood Country Club!
Our guest speaker is Christina Scalese, Registered Dietitian. During her 15 year career, she has been dedicated to helping people not only understand what to eat but also how to eat in a way that supports their overall well-being.
The WELLTHY Way Forward: Eat Well, Move More, Sleep Better, Stress Less Transform your health in the new year! This presentation will address the four dimensions of wellness: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. Equipping you with the tools and knowledge you need to let go of what's not working and create sustainable, healthy habits for the year ahead.
